Episode 65
Lisa and Fiona were having lunch in Norwich, and were hatching their plan to catch out Nathan. Lisa had correctly guessed that he was seeing Laura Lucas again, but she wasn't going to take it lying down!
'So has he mentioned having any nights out this week?'
'He told me that he's out drinking with Max on Thursday...'
'Well, that's not true for a start, Max is on a works thing that night!'
Lisa smirked
'Oh dear, he really needs to cover his tracks a bit better doesn't he? He obviously hasn't asked Max to cover up for him yet!'
Fiona shook her head 'Nope, not yet!'
'Then I think we should go on a little mission, and teach him a lesson he's never going to forget!'
Lisa seemed hard about it, but she was feeling quite emotional underneath really, because although they'd always treated their relationship fairly casually, she was falling for Nathan...

Kris and Jo were on their first night out together in ages, just in a quiet pub in Hamborough. They were both recovering from recent events, Kris was starting to return to normal after her nervous breakdown before Christmas, and Jo was suffering from heartache, after fiancé Mike had dumped her...
'Have you seen Mike around at all?' Kris asked.
'I saw him on the street the other day, when I was on my way in to College, and I'm ashamed to say that I crossed the road to avoid him!'
Jo flushed with embarrassment too.
'He deserves it, he didn't know when he was on to a good thing!' Kris started to get angry, in the way that she always used to when discussing most men!
'It's been a while since I fell for someone like that...won't be doing it again in a hurry!'
'Too right, I won't be getting involved in a hurry after what Nathan did to me!'
'Although, I've already spoken too soon...'
'Why's that?' Kris asked, eyeballing her suspiciously.
'Well, I went to work and broke down when Jack was being sympathetic about it...and...'
'You didn't?!' Kris shrieked.
'Yeah, I stayed the night with him, after work'
Jo put her head in her hands for a moment.
'I shouldn't have done it, not so soon after all of that, Jack might be building his hopes up for something more...'
'Well, maybe, but he'll have the sense to know that you could have been on the rebound. Anyway, you've always liked Jack, would it be such a bad thing to let it go further?...'
Jo couldn't help but think carefully about what Kris was saying.

Richard arrived home from work on Wednesday night absolutely exhausted. Rachel was lying on the sofa, with Harry asleep on top of her.
'You're late!'
'Yeah, what is it? Nearly nine o'clock! Very late one tonight, God I need to get a drink, it's been a nightmare day!'
Rachel looked at him concerned, he'd been working extremely hard over the last couple of weeks.
'Me and Harry have missed you, Daddy!' Rachel cooed in a babyish voice. However, he didn't smile or laugh in reply, being stressed at work had blackened his mood over the last couple of days.
