Lisa sat bolt upright against the headboard in bed, soaked in sweat after waking from a nightmare.
'You're serious? You can remember everything?'
Lisa was shaking and as soon as he realised he wrapped an arm tightly around her.
'Yeah, I am serious...I'm just not sure I can believe it that's all...'

Moments later, they were in the lounge of the flat, and both holding glasses of whisky.
'Take it slowly, you don't have to tell me everything at once if you don't want to...'
Just as he finished his sentence, Nathan heard a knock at the door.
'You'd better get that,' Lisa sniffed.
'Nah, leave it, they can go away,' he replied.
A muffled voice shouted through the letterbox into the hallway.
'Nathan...it's me, Phil! Let me in, mate?'
He couldn't believe it. Of all the times to pay a visit, his half brother decided to pick this moment. Phil took off a wet coat, and scurried in from the pouring rain.
'Hi Lisa, how are you?' He grinned, slumping to the sofa.
'Oh, not too bad thanks, Phil...you?' She sniffed, staring at her glass intently.
'I've been better! Had a row with the girlfriend, so need somewhere to crash for a day or two...if that's OK?' He asked, looking from one of them to the other, with puppy dog eyes.
'Well, it's not the best-'
Lisa cut Nathan off in mid-sentence.
'It's fine, no problem...'
